Our conversion rate is consistently on par with top national performing teams.
No matter your level of experience in real estate - whether you've been licensed for 30 days or 30 years - if you're ready to handle a high volume of business, we want you on our team.
Our goal is for our agents to consistently open 2-3 transactions per month with full training and coaching support.
In 2022, we closed over 100 transactions totaling almost $100 million in sales volume.
This success is due in large part to our focus on personalized agent branding, targeted customer marketing, and prospecting.
Responsibilities:
Represent sellers and buyers at a high level in real estate transactions Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Prepare comparative market analysis and other necessary documents to determine a property's value Educate clients on basic real estate practices Put in the work for your clients now, so it pays off later!
