I pride myself in keeping it mechanically sound and I have recently replaced the radiator, shock absorbers (all around), master cylinder, shifter (Locar), and tires.
Replaced the Holly carburetor with a new carburetor with auto choke.
Installed a Pertronix ignitor replacing the points.
Valve covers were removed, polished, and painted to match the vehicle.
Exhaust heat shields have been polished.
The radio has even been updated.
Engine has solid lifters and the rear end is a 10 bolt chevy rear-end.
Fun to drive and show.
I have received a lot of compliments.
